Barbara
Barbara Ann of Amarante
Barbara is our F1b St Berdoodle. Her Dad is our wonderful parti standard poodle Freddie (Zenzaris Beau Blaze) and her Mum is an F1 St Berdoodle called Myrtle. Barbara has the most amazing temperament, is non shedding and produces wonderful chunky puppies.
She has a hip score of 14, which is better than the breed averages, she has a perfect elbow score of 0:0, she has a current clear BVA eye certificate and is DNA clear, by parentage, of all hereditary diseases.
Ruby
Amarante Ruby of the Sea
Ruby is our home bred F1 sheepadoodle. Such a sweet dog and a beautiful phantom colour. Ruby has a hip score of 15 (better than the breed average), a perfect elbow score of 0:0, a current clear BVA eye certificate and is DNA clear of all hereditary diseases. She is an Amarante girl through and through as we have her Mum, Grandma, Grandad, Great Grandma, Great Great Grandma, and Great Great Great Grandma was our standard poodle Layla.
Margo
Large Marge of Amarante
We had a Barbara, so living the Good Life here we had to have a Margo. She is the comedienne of our pack, even saying her name makes me laugh. Such a character, and so affectionate. She’s an F1 St Berdoodle, with the lovely St Bernard markings. She has a fantastic hip score of 10 (5:5), the average St. Bernard hip score in this country is 23, and for the standard poodle it’s 15, and the lower the score the better it is! She has a perfect elbow score of 0:0, a current clear eye certificate and is DNA clear of all hereditary diseases.
Esther
Esther Rose of Amarante
Esther is our very sweet and beautiful sheepadoodle. She is 3/4’s old English sheepdog and 1/4 standard poodle. Her Dad is our Jeff, her grandad our Freddie and her Mum is a lovely old English sheepdog called Felicity. She joined our family in September 2024 at nearly three years old and settled very quickly. She is DNA clear of all hereditary diseases and is hip and elbow tested with good results, especially given her age at the time of testing as has an excellent hip score of 9 (7:2).
Her romantic partner will be our parti standard poodle Buzz so they will produce Sheepadoodles with the lovely parti markings (white with black or grey patches).
Lynda
Lady Lynda of Amarante
Lynda is our baby of the pack. She is an F1 St Berdoodle with excellent lineage. She has a hip score of 15 (7:8), perfect elbow score of 0:0 and is DNA clear of all hereditary diseases and like all our dogs, she has a wonderful temperament. If all goes to plan her first litter will be with Dudley in 2026.
